🔥 Hair loss or poor hair growth? Tired of facial puffiness and forehead wrinkles?
Dear friends, pay attention to the aponeurosis of the head - this is the tendon ‘helmet’ that is located under the scalp.
⠀
🔎 The head aponeurosis is the supracranial muscle or, simply put, a ‘helmet’ of tendons that connects the frontal and occipital muscles, bounded on the sides by the temporal region (temporal aponeurosis) and the cheek region.
⠀
👉 Chronic tension causes swelling of the aponeurosis, followed by swelling of the forehead, eyelids, eyes, and then wrinkles, bad hair growth, hair loss, and headaches.
⠀
Where does tension come from🧐? The body is a unified system, from the plantar aponeurosis to the aponeurosis of the head. Therefore, if there is dysfunction in it (tension in the back, neck, coccyx, feet, sacrum), there will be tension of the aponeurosis of the head ☝️
The forehead exercises you are doing are not working, are they? THAT’S RIGHT! Because you need to work all the muscle circuits of the body. That's what we teach students at the academy 🙌
⠀
🔥 What can you do right now? Here are three exercises to help relieve tension in the aponeurosis of the head.
⠀
1️⃣ Palpation and kneading of the scalp
Place the fingers of one hand on the hairline, the other on the back of the head, slightly above the bumps. Slide the muscles upwards, pulsing with your fingers. Go around the temples and behind the ears.
⠀
2️⃣ Exercise with a hair bun picking
Use your hands to gather your hair, as if in a bundle, and pull upwards.
⠀
3️⃣ Exercise with ears
That’s right, moving your ears is good for relaxing the aponeurosis. Practice the skill in the morning when you brush your teeth.
And we'll start working on the aponeurosis with you tomorrow at the training session! Don't miss out
The more mobile the aponeurosis, the better your face will look!
