Knee joint pain? Work on the abdominal organs๐ฑ
Don't understand the connection? Let's figure it out
The Academy students know about all the non-obvious connections in our bodies and can find the true cause of pain, even if it seems illogical.
๐ Do you know about the iliopsoas muscle (LPM)? It starts at the 12th thoracic vertebra, running down the lumbar spine, passing through the pelvis to the femur.
Still not sure what this has to do with the kidneys? The kidney โliesโ on the lumbar muscle.
See the logic yet? ๐
LPM is one of the most problematic muscles in the body: it is almost always in spasm, in a clogged state, consequently shortened.
The more tension in the LPM, the more it pulls other muscles, the lower back and internal organs. And vice versa: if there is a dysfunction in the kidney, it pulls the muscles, lower back and even the knees.
๐ Imagine how complex our body is. If there is a dysfunction in one area, the rest of the body starts to suffer. Often pain in the knees, back, elbow, shoulder and even a protruding bone on the leg is a consequence of problems with internal organs.
