Why do you need to take a BEFORE/AFTER photo?

Read the article below and see a live example of how such photos work

Darlings, look at the photo above.

A girl started facelplasty. And now she sees her reflection in the mirror after 3 weeks of irregular work (1-3 times a week instead of 5-6). The participant does not see any changes.

What happens to her next?

For a month, she does the workout. The moment comes when she needs to take the AFTER photo. She goes to the mirror and realises that she can't see the result, nothing has changed, but she doesn't give up and takes the after photo.

‘I did about a third of the total amount of exercise. At first I did both body and face exercises. Then my knee locked up (not during the class), and until the MRI, I moved it very carefully, I only did face exercises from the recordings’.

Now let's put the two pictures side by side and see what happens.

It seems to the girl that nothing has happened and there are no changes. But what the specialist sees:

✅Face has elongated
✅Pigmentation and rashes in the decollete area have been noticeably reduced
✅Skin condition has improved
✅The nasolabial folds are gone

You really may not see the changes because it often takes time for them to become obvious.

Any changes could have formed years ago. For example, how did the fold in the nasolabial area form?
First, there was tension formed in the bone structure. Then the processes of muscle contraction, deterioration of nutrition, and lymph flow began to layer on top of each other - this also took years, not months.

And it takes time to reverse the process. And even micro changes that are visible to a professional and that occurred in a short period of time are evidence that you have let time go backwards at a great speed.
