Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at MINDBODYFACE LLC strive to ensure your satisfaction with our digital wellness programs and services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. The following policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be granted.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You may cancel or request a refund for any course or digital product for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.

2. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted from the email address used for purchase.
All requests will be processed within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.
Some banks or payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Important: If you do not receive confirmation from us within 48 hours, the original date of your refund request email will be considered the official submission date.

3. Transfer of Credit
Instead of a refund, you may request that your purchase be credited toward another course. This request must be submitted within the 14-day cancellation window.

4. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted if:
More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
You have accessed more than 20% of the course content.
The product was a discounted, non-refundable bundle with explicit “no refund” notice at checkout.
The purchase was for a monthly subscription, as these are not refundable once initiated.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly ask that you do not request a refund through your bank or payment provider (i.e., chargeback). If you initiate a chargeback, we reserve the right to provide full documentation to the financial institution, including:
Proof of services provided
Access logs
Correspondence history
Chargeback investigations may take up to 50 business days, during which we may suspend access to your account.
