5.1 Upper eyelid lifting exercise

After this exercise, your upper eyelids will be lifted and your eyes will open and become visually larger, swelling will 
go away.

Technique

Rest your elbows on a hard surface and use your thumbs to press the soft tissues of the upper eyelid against the frontal bone (the place closer to the bridge of the nose). Wrap your fingers under the eye orbit and perform a head hang on your fingers

Hold for 60-90 seconds.

With attention, breathe in the pain points, tension.

Then go through the entire eye orbit.

You can do it every day if necessary.
