I have no experience. Will I manage?
Yes. The courses are designed for beginners. Dr. Ales and his team explain every movement in simple words. You just watch and repeat — no special training needed.
How much time do I need to see results?
Just 20 minutes a day. First visible changes — within 1–2 weeks of regular practice. That's enough for a fresher face and a lighter body.
I have neck / back / headache pain. Can I do this?
Yes. In fact, these courses are created exactly for you. Our techniques are safe, gentle, and help eliminate chronic pain. As Lia from Mexico said: "The pain went away on the second week and didn't come back even after a break."
What if I have serious spine problems or recent surgery?
